Vita cu praz


Mancarea chinezeasca, aia ca la ea acasa, este foarte greu de reprodus, dar, dupa mai multe incercari, am ajuns la aceasta reteta pe care o impartasesc cu voi, sper sa va placa!

Vita cu praz 

Ingrediente:


- 300 g carpaccio de vita (preferabil din muschi);
- sos de soia;
- amidon;
- sos de peste;
- ulei de susan;
- ulei neutru;
- usturoi;
- praz;
- zahar;
- supa de vita;


Pentru inceput punem la macerat carnea cu 2 linguri de soia, 1 ulei de susan, un catel de usturoi si 1/2 lingurita de amidon timp de 1 h;
Sepatat pregatim sosul 2 linguri de soia, 1 lingurita de zahar, 100 ml supa de vita sau apa, 1 lingura de sos de peste, 2 catei de usturoi, si o lingurita de amidon amestecate bine(chiar si cu blenderul). 
Incingem bine wokul si intr-o lingurita de ulei de susan si 2 linguri de ulei de floarea soarelui(foarte incins) punem vita la prajit.
Scoatem vita din wok si punem prazul la sotat, cand devine al dente adaugam din nou vita si apoi sosul, mai tinem pe foc 2-3 minute si este gata.
Serviti cu orez. Pofta buna!!

Beef with Leek

Ingredients:

- 300 g beef carpaccio (preferably muscle);
- Soy sauce;
- Starch;
- Fish sauce;
- Sesame oil;
- Neutral oil;
- Garlic;
- Leeks;
- Sugar;
- Beef stock;


For starters we soak the meat in 2 tablespoons soy, 1 sesame oil, a clove of garlic and 1/2 teaspoon of starch for 1 h;
Sepatat prepare the sauce: 2 table spoon of soy sauce 2 tablespoons, 1 teaspoon sugar, 100 ml beef stock or water 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 2 cloves of garlic, and a teaspoon of starch mixed well (even with blender).
Heat well the wok and a teaspoon of sesame oil and 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil (very hot) we fried beef.
We get beef out from the wok and sauté the leeks in, it becomes al dente then add the beef and sauce,  keep on the heat 2-3 more minutes and is ready.
Serve with rice. Bon appetite!

Creveti picanti cu legume


Pentru ca dupa sarbatori ne-am hotarat noi ca ar trebui sa mancam mai "light", dar si pentru ca ne place mancarea buna am ajuns la acest fel de mancare, un "dish" delicios, o incantare pentru toate simturile, acesta iti incanta la inceput nasul, apoi ochii si in cele din urma papilele gustative ...

Creveti picanti cu legume

Ingrediente:

- 1 kg de creveti proaspeti;
- 1 morcov mare;
- 1 dovlecel;
- o telina;
- 1 ardei rosu;
- 1 capatana de usturoi;
- 100 ml ulei de masline;
- sare de mare;
- piper proaspat macinat;
- peperoncini;
- patrunjel;

Pentru inceput curatam crevetii si apoi legumele. punem la incins doua wokuri, fiecare cu cate 50 ml de ulei de masline.
Legumele le taiem bastonase cat mai egale, cand uleiul s-a incins punem legumele la sotat, adaugam sare si piper si apoi 2 catei de usturoi pisati, sotam 3-4 minute, astfel incat legumele sa ramana al dente.
In wokul pregatit pentru creveti punem la inceput usturoiul taiat feliute, adaugam apoi crevetii si peperoncini, si asezonam cu sare si piper, in 3-4 minute sunt gata si crevetii picanti!
Asezam crevetii pe patul de legume si presaram patrunjel. Puteti servi cu paine prajita sau orez! Pofta buna!!

Spicy shrimp with vegetables

Ingredients:

- 1 kg of fresh shrimps;
- 1 large carrot;
- 1 zucchini;
- A celery;
- 1 red pepper;
- 1 head of garlic;
- 100 ml olive oil;
- Sea salt;
- Freshly ground pepper;
- Peperoncini;
- Parsley;

To begin clean shrimp and the vegetables. We put to hat 2 pans, each with 50 ml of olive oil.
Vegetables: cut them as equal rods, when we heated the oil add the vegetables, then add salt and pepper and 2 cloves garlic, stir for 3-4 minutes, so stay al dente.
In the other pan we start preparing the shrimp, first we add the sliced ​​garlic, then add shrimp and peperoncini, and season with salt and pepper, in 3-4 minutes are ready!
We place the shrimp on bed of vegetables and sprinkle with parsley. You can serve with toast or rice! Bon appetite!

Curcan la cuptor cu sos


Este prima data cand m-am incumet sa gatesc o pasare uriasa dar nu mi-a parut rau, rezultatul este uimitor, incercati si voi, dar va avertizez ca aveti nevoie de ajutoare, cel putin 8 persoane la masa:))

Curcan la cuptor cu sos

Ingrediente:

- un curcan 4-5kg;
- 50g unt;
- 50ml ulei de masline;
- 3 catei de usturoi;
- 1 lamaie;
- 5 rosii cherry;
- 1 pahar vin alb;
- patrunjel;
- bacon;
- sare si piper;
- 2-3 cepe mari;

Amestecam untul cu uleiul de masline, usturoiul pisat, patrunjelul, sare si piper. Bagam amestecul acesta sub pielea curcanului, desprindem cu grija pielea de carne astfel incat sa nu se rupa! Cu restul ungem bine curcanul pe exterior! Asezonam curcanul pe interior si introducem in acesta o lamaie si 2-3 cepe intregi cu coaja! Introducem curcanul in cuptor preincalzit, timp de 10 minute la 250 de grade. Scoatem curcanul si il invelim in felii de bacon.

Reintroducem in cuptor, dupa ce anterior l-am invelit in folie de aluminiu, reducem focul la 160 de grade lasam sa se faca aproximativ 2 ore.
Dupa 2 ore scoatem folia si lasam sa se rumeneasca inca 20 de minute. Luam baconul de deasupra si mai introducem in cuptor inca 10 minute la 250 de grade.

Incepem sa facem sosul, intr-o cratita punem putin ulei de masline si adaugam baconul tocat foarte marunt, ceapa si 1/2 din lamaia coapta in interiorul curcanului, rosiile cherry, bucati de piele din curcan(astfel incat sa nu stricam aspectul curcanului: tartita, aripile), vinul si la final sosul lasat de curcan in tava in care s-a facut. Asezonam si reducem pana ce acesta are o consistenta mai groasa. Strecuram si astfel am otinut un sos minunat!




Lasam curcanul sa se odihneasca cel putin 2 ore si il servim cu sos fierbinte si orez cu stafide si scortisoara!!

Roast turkey with gravy

Ingredients:

- A 4-5kg turkey;
- 50g butter;
- 50ml olive oil;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 1 lemon;
- 5 cherry tomatoes;
- 1 cup white wine;
- Parsley;
- Bacon;
- Salt and pepper;
- 2-3 large onions;

Mix butter with olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix the stuffing and put under the turkey skin, carefully detach the skin from meat so it does not break! The rest anoint good turkey on the outside! Season turkey inside and put inside a lemon and 2-3 whole onions! Introducing turkey in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 250 degrees. Take out the turkey and get it wrapped in slices of bacon.


Reintroduce the oven after I previously wrapped in aluminum foil, reduce heat to 160 degrees let it take about 2 hours.
After 2 hours remove foil and leave to brown for another 20 minutes. Get out the bacon on top and cook for another 10 minutes at 250 degrees.


Begin to make sauce, in a saucepan put a little olive oil and add the finely chopped bacon, onion and 1/2 of lemon baked inside the turkey, cherry tomatoes, pieces of skin from turkey (so as not to spoil the appearance of turkey: rump, wings), wine and finally sauce left in the pan in which turkey was done. Season and reduce until it has a thicker consistency. Strain the sauce and so I otinut great!

Leave the turkey to rest at least 2 hours and serve it with hot sauce and rice with raisins and cinnamon!

New year's Chocolate Cupcake


Cupcake, sau tortul zanelor, ce poate fi mai delicios decat o prajitura de ciocolata cu crema de ciocolata si mascarpone? Si pentru ca anul trebuie sa inceapa cu multa energie sa ne infruptam in "tortul zanelor"!!!

New year's Chocolate Cupcake  

Ingrediente briosa ciocolata:

- 250g faina;
- un plic de praf de copt;
- 1/2 lingurita de bicarbonat;
- 3 linguri de cacao dark;
- 10 linguri de zahar;
- 100g ciocolata cu lapte;
- 250 ml lapte;
- 90 ml ulei;
- 1 ou;
- esenta de vanilie;

Ingrediente crema de ciocolata:

- 250 g mascarpone;
- 1 tableta de ciocolata cu lapte si alune;
- 1 lingura de cacao dark;

Amestecam ingredientele solide, faina, praf de copt, bicarbonat, cacao, zahar ciocolata razuita. Intr-un bol mixam laptele cu uleiul, vanilia si oul. Amestecam ingredientele solide cu cele lichide incet si cu grija. Punem aluatul format in formele unse cu putin unt si introducem in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 grade celsius. Lasam sa se faca timp de 20 de minute.

Pentru crema topim ciocolata la microunde sau bail marine si cand se raceste amestecam cu branza mascarpone.

Lasam briosele sa se raceasca si introducem crema la frigider timp de 1 ora.

Decoram briosele cu crema si cu bombonele de zahar si ciocolata. Enjoi!

Chocolate cream ingredients:

- 250 g mascarpone;

- 1 tablespoon dark cocoa;

Mix dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, sugar, grated chocolate. In a mixing bowl add oil, milk, vanilla and egg. Mix dry ingredients with the liquid slowly and carefully. We formed dough forms smeared with butter and insert in oven preheated to 200 degrees. They are done in 20 minutes.

For cream melt chocolate in the microwave or marine bail and when it cools mix with mascarpone cheese.

Let the muffins to cool, put the cream in the refrigerator for 1 our.
