Taiati vinetele in rondele de 1 cm grosime. Sarati-le si lasati-le intr-o strecuratoare sa se scurga. Tocati ceapa si incepeti sa o caliti in ulei de masline, adaugati usturoiul tocat marunt, dupa 5 minute adaugati rosiile tocate cubulete. Asezonati cu sare si piper. Adaugati zahar dupa gust. Adaugati ierburile. Gatiti pana ce sosul nu mai are consistenta apoasa.<br />
Dati vinetele stoarse prin faina si prajiti in baie de ulei de masline pana se rumenesc. Scoateti-le pe hartie sa se degreseze.<br />
Taiati mozzarela rondele de 1 cm. Radeti parmezanul.<br />
Montam totul intr-un vas termorezistent dupa cum urmeaza: un strat de sos, un strat de vinete, un strat de parmezan razuit, un strat de mozzarela apoi din nou sos de rosii etc<br />
Introduceti in cuptorul incins la 180 de grade. Este gata cand mozzarela se gratineaza intr-o culoare aurie.<br />

<b>Risotto di Parma</b><br />

Ingrediente:<br />
- 300 g orez Carnaroli;<br />
- o ceapa;<br />
- 50 ml vin alb;<br />
- 1.5l supa de legume;<br />
- 25g unt;<br />
- 25 ml ulei de masline;<br />
- 100g Parmigiamo Reggiano;<br />

Taiati ceapa marunt si caliti-o in uleiul de masline, adaugati orezul si prajiti-l cateva minute. Adaugati vinul si lasati sa se evapore alcoolul. Adaugati supa, cate un polonic, incet, incet(nu puneti toata supa odata, nu facem pilaf! :) Cand orezul s-a fiert, dar este putin aldente, dati la o parte de pe foc si adaugati untul si parmezanul razuit! Serviti cu: creveti picanti, piept de pui la gratar, sau muschi de vita.<br />

Am mancat acest fel de mancare, bineinteles in Franta, am inteles ca este un soi de "haute cuisine", nu am gasit nici o reteta care sa sune ca ceea ce am mancat eu asa ca m-am apucat, singurica, sa incerc sa recreez ceea ce am mancat! Ce a iesit? Voila!! Incercati si spuneti voi cum a fost!<br />

<b>Hachis parmentier - Placinta ciobanului</b><br />

Ingrediente:<br />

- 700g pulpa de vitel;<br />
- o ceapa;<br />
- 6 cartofi albi;<br />
- 150g cascaval;<br />
- 100g unt;<br />
- 100 ml lapte;<br />
- 50 ml ulei de masline;<br />
- busuioc, cimbru;<br />
- sare, piper;<br />
- 50 ml vin alb;<br />
- 100 ml supa de vita;<br />

Intr-o cratita nonabraziva punem uleiul de masline la incins, adaugam ceapa tocata marunt, cand aceasta este caramelizata adaugam carnea de vitel tocata, prajim timp de 10-15 minute, asezonam cu sare si piper, adaugam vinul, cand alcoolul s-a evaporat adaugam si supa de vita, lasam pe foc pana ce lichidul scade de tot, adaugam cimbru si busuioc. Atentie, preparati carnea pana ce arata ca o friptura maruntita nu ca niste carne fiarta!!!<br />
Separat pregatiti din cei 6 cartofi un piure de cartofi, cu lapte si 50 g de unt.<br />
Radeti cascavalul!<br />
Intr-o tava de ceramica montam placinta: intai stratul de carne, apoi cascavalul si in final piureul de cartofi. Peste piure puneti din loc in loc bucatele de unt! Introduceti la cuptor 10-15 minute la 200g!<br />

O mancare de cartofi ar zice unii, da dar o mancare cu suflet, gustul copilariei mele petrecute in Ardeal, unde tot ce se punea pe masa avea gust!! Un gust care mi-a ramas peste ani si la care am raportat orice!!<br />

Gulas de carofi<br />

Ingrediente:<br />

- 6 cartofi medii;<br />
- o ceapa alba mare;<br />
- 2 lingurite de boia;<br />
- supa de pui 500ml;<br />
- sare si piper;<br />
- piper boabe(dupa gust;<br />
- cimbru si patrunjel;<br />
- 150 ml lapte;<br />
- o ligura de faina;<br />
- 50-70 ml ulei;<br />

Tocam ceapa marunt si o punem la calit in uleiul incins, cand aceasta devine aurie adaugati cartofii taiati in 6,sotati 5 minute, adaugati sare, piper si 2 lingurite de boia dulce, adaugati supa de pui si cimbrul si gatiti pana ce cartofii sunt fierti. Adaugati faina amestecata cu laptele si mai gatiti 5 minute. La final presarati patrunjelul proaspat!<br />
Seviti cu afumatura sau simpla cu paine calda! Pofta buna!<br />
Daca vreti sa fie de posti inlocuiti laptele cu lapte de soia sau orice lapte vegetal! <br />

Mi-am tot propus an de an sa fac supa de dovleac si totusi bietul dovleac ajungea inevitabil placinta! Pana ieri cand am zis stop, supa de dovleac "it is":)) Si nu mi-a parut rau, niste arome deosebite: o combinatie de dulce cu picant cu arome de salvie si rozmarin, ghimbir si ... paine gratinata cu parmezan. Iata reteta:<br />

<b>Supa de dovleac</b><br />
<br />
Ingreduente:<br />
<br />
- 1 kg dovleac placintar;<br />
- o ceapa rosie;<br />
- un morcov;<br />
- o crenguta de rozmarin<br />
- 1/2 telina medie;<br />
- o lingurita de ghimbir razuit;<br />
- 2 sau 3 peperoncinni(dupa gust)<br />
- 3 catei de usturoi;<br />
- 1 litru de supa de legume; <br />
- 6-7 frunze de salvie;<br />
- 50 ml ulei de masline;<br />
- sare si piper; <br />
- 100 ml smantana dulce de gatit;<br />
- paine chiabatta;<br />
- parmezan zazuit;<br />

Pentru inceput punem la incins uleiul de masline in care punem frunzele de salvie intregi, le scoatem pe un servetel de hartie imediat ce devin crocante. In uleiul astfel aromatizat adaugam ceapa, telina, morcovul(taiate bucati medii), usturoiul si ghimbirul(razuite) apoi calim 7-8 minute, adaugam dovlecul taiat bucati, dupa 5 minute adaugam supa de pui, rozmarinul si peperoncinni. Asezonam cu sare si piper. Dupa alte 15 minute, verificam daca legumele sunt fierte, daca sunt blendam totul cu un blender vertical. Adaugam smantana si supa este gata.<br />
Sevim cu ciabatta gratinata cu ulei de masline si parmezan! Pofta buna!!<br />
Tip: Daca doriti sa fie de post, inlocuiti smantana cu una vegetala si serviti cu garlic bread!! <br />

- ulei de masline;<br />
- 50 ml vin alb;<br />
- cimbru;<br />
- 1 ceapa;<br />
- sare, piper;<br />
- 5 bucati de cartofi rosii medii;<br />
- 125g mozzarela;<br />
- smantana;<br />
- ulei pentru prajit cartofii;<br />

Pentru inceput tocam ceapa marunt si o calim in putin ulei de masline, adaugam carnea tocata si asezonam cu sare, piper si cimbru. Dupa 15 minute adaugam vinul si lasam sa se evapore alcoolul, dupa care carnea este gata!<br />
Taiem cartofii in rodele de 1 cm grosime si ii prajim in baie de ulei pana ce au o culoare aurie.<br />
Montam musacaua in straturi: un strat de cartofi, un strat de carne, putina smantana si din nou de la capat. Ultimul strat va fi de mozzarela! Introducem la cuptor timp de 10-15 minute! Servim cu smantana! Pofta buna!<br />

O reteta "furata" de la un restaurant italienesc din Bucuresti, o mancare interesanta si ... zic eu pe gustul inttegii familii:<br />

<b>Medalion Calabrese al Forno</b><br />
<br />
Ingrediente:<br />
<br />
- muschi de vita 500g;<br />
- spanac 500g;<br />
- mozzarela 200g;<br />
- 30 ml ulei de masline;<br />
- 2 catei de usturoi;<br />
- 30g unt;<br />
- pasta de tomate 1lingurita;<br />
- lapte 50ml;<br />
- amidon 5g;<br />
- sare, piper;<br />
<br />
Preparam intai spanacul pe care il fierbem, apoi intr-o cratita topim untul si adaugam spanacul bine scurs. Asezonam cu sare si piper, adaugam pasta de tomate, dupa 5-7 minute adaugam amidonul amestecat cu laptele, mai tinem pe foc 5 minute si spanacul este gata.<br />
Vita o facem simplu, intr-o tigaie nonabraziva, punem uleiul de masline la incins, adaugam carnea de vita dupa ce am asezonat-o cu sare si piper. Adaugam usturoiul zdrobit cu latul cutitului. Gatim 2-3 minute pe fiecare parte.<br />
Pregatim formele: intai punem vita, peste aceasta punem spanacul si la sfarsit mozzarela, introducem in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 grade timp de 15 minute.<br />
Serviti cu cartofi la cuptor!<br />

Vizionand minunatul Top Chef, am asistat la cat de penibili au putut fi doi Chefi bucatari cand a fost vorba despre a face niste amarate de clatite, si m-am gandit ca ar trebui sa fac si eu ceva mai comestibil decat au facut ei! Si iata ce a iesit!!<br />
<br />
Aluat:<br />
- 300g faina;<br />
- apa minerala;<br />
- un varf de sare;<br />
- 30g unt;<br />
- 1 ou;<br />
Umplutura:<br />
- o ceapa; <br />
- 30 ml ulei de masline;<br />
- 500g ciuperci;<br />
- 200g bacon;<br />
- 150 ml smantana 20%grasime;<br />
- cascaval; <br />
- sare si piper;<br />
- patrunjel; <br />
<br />
<br />Clatitele se pregasc la fel ca orice clatita obisnuite.<br />
Pentru umplutura tocam ceapa fin si o punem la prajit, taiem ciupercile si le adaugam peste ceapa deja rumenita, asezonam cu sare si piper. Separat prajim baconul. Cand ciupercile s-au facut(in aproximativ 15 minute) adaugam baconul( petru ca acesta sa ramana crocant); amestecam si adaugam smantana, dupa 5 minute patrunjelul. Umplutara este gata!<br />
Montam astfel: punem umplutura din belsug adaugam cascaval ras si rulam clatita, o punem intr-un vas de ceramica, uns cu putin unt, presaram peste cascaval ras si introducem la cupotor pentru 10-15 minute!<br />

Atat de mult iubesc fructele de mare incat am incercat pana acum nenumarate feluri de a le gati, totusi nimic nu este mai bun decat aceasta reteta simpla si plina de savoare, incercati-o si spuneti voi:)!<br />

- creveti proaspeti 700g;<br />
- 3 rosii mari coapte; <br />
- ulei de masline extravirgin 100 ml;<br />
- vin alb demisec 150 ml;<br />
- usturoi o capatana;<br />
- zahar brun 1/2 lingurita;<br />
- busuioc proaspat 1/2 legatura;<br />
- peperoncini 3 bucati( sau dupa gust);<br />
<br />
Incingem uleiul de masline si punem la prajit usturoiul taiat felii subtiri, cand s-a rumenit adaugam peperoncini si crevetii, dupa 2 minute, adaugam vinul alb, dupa alte 2-3 minute scoatem crevetii(pentru a evita sa se faca prea tare) si adaugam rosiile date pe razatoarea mare si reducem pana ce are o consistenta de sos, adaugam, sare, piper, zahar, busuioc spre sfarsit, punem la loc crevetii. Mai tinem pe foc 2-3 minute si este gata!<br />

Pentru ca am ramas setata pe mancare "low fat"(post Dukan), va propun un deliciu culinar, foarte usor de facut si care va incanta cu siguranta toata familia:<br />

- 600 g file de somon;<br />
- 1 ou;<br />
- 1/2 cartofi;<br />
- pesmet;<br />
- susan;<br />
- rozmarin;<br />

- sare;<br />

Tocam fileul de somon, asezonam cu sare, piper, rozmarin, 1/2 lamaie, adaugam 2 linguri de pesment, 3 catei de usturoi pisati, 1/2 ceapa tocata fin si 1/2 cartof razuit si omogenizam.<br />
Formam chiftelele si le tapetam unele cu pesmet si altele cu susan, dupa gust. Le asezam pe hartie de copt intr-o tava si introducem in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 grade C timp de 30 de minute. Avem grija sa le intoarcem din 10 in 10 minute!<br />
Serviti cu legume la abur, dau daca nu tineti la silueta cu cartofi cu rozmarin!<br />

Ei si pentru ca tot ce este bun ingrasa iata-ma si pe mine iesind din iarna cu un bagaj de 5-7 kg, insesizabile ar zice mama, normale pentru "varsta ta" ar zice "prietenii" si de neconceput pentru cineva care se respecta si isi doreste sa arate bine.<br />
In concluzie am facut cunostiinta cu domnul Dukan, o sperietoare a tuturor grasutilor, pe care am inceput sa-l imblanzesc, am reusit sa mananc gustos si totusi sa ma incadrez in regimul, foarte strict in aparenta.<br />
Am spus, timp de un an de cand am tot vazut oameni care au tinut acest regim, cu rezultate fantastice, ce-i drept, ca este un regim imposibil, ca nu pot sa-l tin, ca etc ... si iata-ma dupa 14 zile de Dukan ... vie si mai slaba cu 5 kg.<br />
Ei si pentru ca este un blog culinar ce ar fi sa terminam cu povestile si sa incepem cu retetele Dukan, nu?<br />

Se amesteca ingredietele si se paseaza mixeaza bine cu blenderul. Se pune o tigaie nonstick la incins, se tapeteaza cu foarte putin ulei de masline(sau de rapita). Se pune la facut, cate o lingura din coca, cand incepe sa faca bule de aer(1-2 minute) se intoarce, cu grija, pe partea cealalta si se mai lasa 1-2 minute.<br />

Asezonam cu sare, piper si 3 lingurite de boia dulce. Cand ciupercile sunt gata adaugam laptele amestecat cu 1/2 lingurita de amidon de porumb, dupa 5 minute presaram patrunjel si este gata!<br />

Se amesteca cacaoa cu laptele, indulcitorul, sarea si si se adauga peste galbenusurile de ou mixate in prealabil.<br />
Separat se bat albusurile spuma, ca pentru bezele. Se incorporeza albusul in compozitie(cu multa grija).<br />
Ramekinurile se ung cu ulei de masline. Se pune compozitie pana la 3/4 din ramekin. Se introduc in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 grade timp de 12-18 minute. Sunt gata cand au crescut peste ramekin cu 1 cm.<br />

Se taie ceapa solzisori, morcovii rondele, vanata, rosiile si dovlecelul bucati mai mari si ardeiul bucati mici. Incingem uleiul si incepem sa calim ceapa, dupa 5 minute adaugam morcovii, dupa 2-3 minute adaugam o cana de supa fierbinte, asezonam cu sare, piper, usturoi si cimbru. Dupa 5 minute agaugam ardeiul si dupa alte 5 minute adaugam si restul de legume. Adaugam inca o cana de supa fierbinte si firbem inca 10 minute. Adaugam pasta de tomate si patrunjelul. Incingem cuptorul la 180 de grade si introducem ghiveciul la cuptor pentru 30-45 de minute.</div>

Calim cateva minute dupa care adaugam 100 ml de apa. Lasam sa se caleasca, amestecand din cand in cand. Cand simtim ca varza s-a fiert adaugam o lingura de pasta de tomate, piper, marar si o foaie de dafin. Introducem pentru 10 minute la cuptor! Sunt foarte multe retete de souffle de ciocolata dar daca o vrei pe cea mai usoara, cu calorii putine si poate si cea mai delicioasa ... atunci urmati pasii intocmai:<br />

O noua reteta din categoria: daca nu primesti atunci "fura", sau de prin lume adunate: este reteta pastelor, pe care o recreez pentru voi mai jos.<br />
Mie imi place sa experimentez cand este vorba de mancare si atunci cand merg la un restaurant bun, cu multe preparate extraordinare, vreau sa comand cat mai multe preparate, iar daca, comand acelasi "ceva" doua zile la rand, e ceva in neregula cu mine, acel "ceva" trebuie ca e foarte special ... Acum sa fiu sincera pana la final, am fost acolo impreuna cu 15 prieteni si am mai gustat si altele:)).<br />
As fi vrut sa-l botez cumva sa fie la inaltimea gustului sau dar nu am avut inspiratie. Va astept pe voi, dupa ce faceti reteta, cu propuneri!! Dar pana una alta:<br />

<b>Fettuccine cu fructe de mare - Royal</b><br />

Ingrediente:<br />

- fettuccine 400g(home made sau proaspete de la frigiderele din market);<br />
- 250 g creveti proaspeti;<br />
- 3-4 scoici st.jaques; <br />
- 100g somon lile;<br />
- 200 ml smantana vegetala;<br />
- 120 ml ulei de masline;<br />
- 300g baby spinach;<br />
- 4-5 rosii cherry; <br />
- 4 catei de usturoi;<br />
- sare, piper;<br />

Punem pastele la fiert in apa cu sare. Incingem putin ulei de masline, 20-30 ml, intr-o tigaie non stick si adaugam intai somonul taiat cubulete(3 minute), apoi crevetii(2 minute) si la final usturoiul si scoicile care se fac foarte repede(2-3 minute). Scoatem fructele de mare si mai adaugam 50 ml de ulei de masline cand se incinge prajim pastele bine scurse, scoatem pastele adaugam restul de ulei de masline, 30 ml, si calim rosiile si spanacul, adaugam smantana dulce si apoi pe rand pastele si fructele de mare.<br />

Asa cum va tot spuneam, imi plac foarte mult fructele de mare, fie ca sunt creveti, calamari sau scoici ... Si astazi vorbim despre scoici, scoici verzi aduse tocmai din Noua Zeelanda, foarte mari, suculente si extrem de gustoase!<br />

<b>- </b>1kg de scoici verzi;<br />
- 300 ml lapte de cocos;<br />
- 5-6 catei de usturoi;<br />
- 1 ardei iute;<br />
- 2 fire de ceapa verde;<br />
- 2 fire de lemon gras;<br />
- 100 ml ulei de masline;<br />
- 200 ml de vin alb;<br />
- patrunjel;<br />
- sare si piper;<br />

Intr-o tigaie bine incinsa punem putin ulei de masline si adaugam scoicile, dupa 1 minut adaugam si un pahar de vin, sare si piper. Lasam la capac 4-5 minute. Strecuram scoicile.<br />
Separat punem la incins ulei de masline in care sotam usturoiul, ceapa, lemongrasul si ardeiul iute, asezonam cu sare si piper, dupa 5-6 minute adaugam laptele de cocos, reducem cateva minute apoi adaugam zeama de la scoici. Mai reducem cateva minute. Strecuram sosul si adaugam patrunjel. Asezam scoicile in farfurie si turnam peste acestea sosul.<br />
Servim cu paine prajita cu ulei de masline si usturoi.<br />

In a hot pan put a little olive oil and add the clams, after 1 minute and add a glass of wine, salt and pepper. Leave the lid for 4-5 minutes. Strain the mussels.<br />
In another pan we stir the garlic, onion, paprika and lemongrass and season with salt and pepper, then add coconut milk and stir another 5-6 minutes, then add the sauce from the shells. Cut back a few minutes. Strain the sauce and add the parsley. Put shells on the plate and pour sauce over them.<br />
Serve with toasted bread with olive oil and garlic.<br />

In doua boluri separam albusul de galbenus, galbenusul impreuna cu zaharul il frecam pana se topeste zaharul(preferabil cu mixerul), adaugam putina vanilie si incorporam cu grija mai intai branza mascarpone si apoi albusul batut spuma(ca pentru bezea insa fara zahar).</div>

Intr-un bol amestecam laptele caldut cu putina visinata(sau sirop), introducem pentru cateva secunde piscotul in siropul astfel facut si facem un strat de piscoturi insiropate apoi un strat de crema din nou un strat de piscoturi si deasupra un nou strat de crema. Punem cu generozitate zmeura si fulgi de ciocolata amaruie, vom avea astfel un echilibru de gusturi: dulce, acrisor si putin amarui.</div>

In a bowl mix warm milk with a little cherry (or syrup), push for a few seconds cracker in syrup, so we will have a layer of savoiardi then a layer of cream again savoiardi and a new layer of cream on top. We put generously raspberry and dark chocolate flakes, we will have a balance of tastes: sweet, sour and slightly bitter.</div>

De cate ori auzim de pui infestati cu salmonela, vaca nebuna sau mai nou "cai verzi pe pereti" ne intoarcem la vechiul nostru prieten porcul!! Asa si eu astazi va propun un "snitel" mai sofisticat si foarte gustos!!<br />

<b>Escalop de porc cu mix de ciuperci si ananas</b><br />

Ingrediente:<br />
- o bucata de muschiulet de porc;<br />
- 2 oua;<br />
- faina;<br />
- pesmet;<br />
- sare, piper si cimbru;<br />
- ciuperci 400g;<br />
- smatana dulce 100 ml;<br />
- smantana 100 ml;<br />
- ulei de masline;<br />
- ulei de floarea soarelui;<br />
- boia dulce;<br />
- lapte 100 ml;<br />

Incepem prin a portiona carnea si a o bate bine pana ajunge la o grosime uniforma de 1 cm, o asezonam cu sare, piper si cimbru, apoi o dam succesiv prin faina, ou si pesmet. Punem o tigaie non stick la incins, la foc mediu, cu putin mix de ulei de masline si ulei de floarea soarelui, cand este suficient de incinsa( nu fumeganda!) se pune carnea la facut. Avand in vedere ca este o carne frageda si suficient de subtire este gata in 1.5-2 minute pe fiecare parte.<br />
Ne apucam de sos, taiem ciupercile(nu foarte mic!) si ananasul in bucati, punem la incins putin ulei de masline, adaugam ciupercile si sotam cateva minute, asezonam cu sare, piper si boia dulce, cand ciupercile sunt aproape facute adaugam ananasul, mai sotam 2-3 minute si adaugam smantanile. Separat pregatin o lingurita de faina cu 100 ml de lapte si adaugam la sos. Mai tinem pe foc un minut, adaugam patrunjel proaspat si sosul este gata!<br />
Ca si garnitura putem merge pe "batranii" cartofi prajiti sau orez cu unt!<br />
Asezam in straturi: garnitura, carnea, sosul si patrunjel proaspat!<br />

<b>Creveti picanti cu legume</b><br />

- 1 kg de creveti proaspeti;<br />
- 1 morcov mare;<br />
- 1 dovlecel;<br />
- o telina;<br />
- 1 ardei rosu;<br />
- 1 capatana de usturoi;<br />
- 100 ml ulei de masline;<br />
- sare de mare;<br />
- piper proaspat macinat;<br />
- peperoncini;<br />
- patrunjel;<br />

Pentru inceput curatam crevetii si apoi legumele. punem la incins doua wokuri, fiecare cu cate 50 ml de ulei de masline.<br />
Legumele le taiem bastonase cat mai egale, cand uleiul s-a incins punem legumele la sotat, adaugam sare si piper si apoi 2 catei de usturoi pisati, sotam 3-4 minute, astfel incat legumele sa ramana al dente.<br />
In wokul pregatit pentru creveti punem la inceput usturoiul taiat feliute, adaugam apoi crevetii si peperoncini, si asezonam cu sare si piper, in 3-4 minute sunt gata si crevetii picanti!<br />
Asezam crevetii pe patul de legume si presaram patrunjel. Puteti servi cu paine prajita sau orez! Pofta buna!!<br />

<b>Curcan la cuptor cu sos</b><br />

- un curcan 4-5kg;<br />
- 50g unt;<br />
- 50ml ulei de masline;<br />
- 3 catei de usturoi;<br />
- 1 lamaie;<br />
- 5 rosii cherry;<br />
- 1 pahar vin alb;<br />
- patrunjel;<br />
- bacon;<br />
- sare si piper;<br />
- 2-3 cepe mari;<br />

Amestecam untul cu uleiul de masline, usturoiul pisat, patrunjelul, sare si piper. Bagam amestecul acesta sub pielea curcanului, desprindem cu grija pielea de carne astfel incat sa nu se rupa! Cu restul ungem bine curcanul pe exterior! Asezonam curcanul pe interior si introducem in acesta o lamaie si 2-3 cepe intregi cu coaja! Introducem curcanul in cuptor preincalzit, timp de 10 minute la 250 de grade. Scoatem curcanul si il invelim in felii de bacon.<br />

Reintroducem in cuptor, dupa ce anterior l-am invelit in folie de aluminiu, reducem focul la 160 de grade lasam sa se faca aproximativ 2 ore.<br />
Dupa 2 ore scoatem folia si lasam sa se rumeneasca inca 20 de minute. Luam baconul de deasupra si mai introducem in cuptor inca 10 minute la 250 de grade.<br />

Incepem sa facem sosul, intr-o cratita punem putin ulei de masline si adaugam baconul tocat foarte marunt, ceapa si 1/2 din lamaia coapta in interiorul curcanului, rosiile cherry, bucati de piele din curcan(astfel incat sa nu stricam aspectul curcanului: tartita, aripile), vinul si la final sosul lasat de curcan in tava in care s-a facut. Asezonam si reducem pana ce acesta are o consistenta mai groasa. Strecuram si astfel am otinut un sos minunat!<br />

<b>Roast turkey with gravy</b><br />

- A 4-5kg turkey;<br />
- 50g butter;<br />
- 50ml olive oil;<br />
- 3 cloves of garlic;<br />
- 1 lemon;<br />
- 5 cherry tomatoes;<br />
- 1 cup white wine;<br />
- Parsley;<br />
- Bacon;<br />
- Salt and pepper;<br />
- 2-3 large onions;<br />

Mix butter with olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix the stuffing and put under the turkey skin, carefully detach the skin from meat so it does not break! The rest anoint good turkey on the outside! Season turkey inside and put inside a lemon and 2-3 whole onions! Introducing turkey in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 250 degrees. Take out the turkey and get it wrapped in slices of bacon.<br />

Reintroduce the oven after I previously wrapped in aluminum foil, reduce heat to 160 degrees let it take about 2 hours.<br />
After 2 hours remove foil and leave to brown for another 20 minutes. Get out the bacon on top and cook for another 10 minutes at 250 degrees.<br />

Begin to make sauce, in a saucepan put a little olive oil and add the finely chopped bacon, onion and 1/2 of lemon baked inside the turkey, cherry tomatoes, pieces of skin from turkey (so as not to spoil the appearance of turkey: rump, wings), wine and finally sauce left in the pan in which turkey was done. Season and reduce until it has a thicker consistency. Strain the sauce and so I otinut great!<br />

Leave the turkey to rest at least 2 hours and serve it with hot sauce and rice with raisins and cinnamon!<br />

<b>New year's Chocolate Cupcake </b><br />

Ingrediente briosa ciocolata:<br />

- 250g faina;<br />
- un plic de praf de copt;<br />
- 1/2 lingurita de bicarbonat;<br />
- 3 linguri de cacao dark;<br />
- 10 linguri de zahar;<br />
- 100g ciocolata cu lapte;<br />
- 250 ml lapte;<br />
- 90 ml ulei;<br />
- 1 ou;<br />
- esenta de vanilie;<br />
<br />
Ingrediente crema de ciocolata:<br />

- 250 g mascarpone;<br />
- 1 tableta de ciocolata cu lapte si alune;<br />
- 1 lingura de cacao dark;<br />
<br />
Amestecam ingredientele solide, faina, praf de copt, bicarbonat, cacao, zahar ciocolata razuita. Intr-un bol mixam laptele cu uleiul, vanilia si oul. Amestecam ingredientele solide cu cele lichide incet si cu grija. Punem aluatul format in formele unse cu putin unt si introducem in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 grade celsius. Lasam sa se faca timp de 20 de minute.<br />

Pentru crema topim ciocolata la microunde sau bail marine si cand se raceste amestecam cu branza mascarpone.<br />
<br />
Lasam briosele sa se raceasca si introducem crema la frigider timp de 1 ora.<br />
<br />
Decoram briosele cu crema si cu bombonele de zahar si ciocolata. Enjoi!<br />

<b>New year's Chocolate Cupcake</b><br />

Chocolate muffin ingredients:<br />

- 250g flour;<br />
- 2 tea spoon of baking powder;<br />
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking;<br />
- 3 tablespoons of dark cocoa;<br />
- 10 tablespoons sugar;<br />
- 100g milk chocolate;<br />
- 250 ml milk;<br />
- 90 ml oil;<br />
- 1 egg;<br />
- Vanilla;<br />

Chocolate cream ingredients:<br />
<br />
- 250 g mascarpone;<br />
- 1 tablet of milk chocolate and hazelnuts;<br />
- 1 tablespoon dark cocoa;<br />
<br />
Mix dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, sugar, grated chocolate. In a mixing bowl add oil, milk, vanilla and egg. Mix dry ingredients with the liquid slowly and carefully. We formed dough forms smeared with butter and insert in oven preheated to 200 degrees. They are done in 20 minutes.<br />
<br />
For cream melt chocolate in the microwave or marine bail and when it cools mix with mascarpone cheese.<br />

Ingrediente:<br />

- 120g unt;<br />
- 6 linguri de zahar;<br />
- 1 praf de copt;<br />
- 3 oua;<br />
- 250g faina;<br />
- 200 ml lapte;<br />
- esenta de vanilie;<br />
- un varf de sare;<br />
<br />
Amestecati intr-un bol ouale cu zaharul, sarea si vanilia, adaugati treptat faina, praful de copt si laptele. Se formeaza o coca de consistenta unei smatane groase. Lasati coca sa dospeasca 10-15 minute.<br />
Incingeti forma foarte bine si plasati coca in mijlocul ei, lasati sa se faca 3-4 minute(in acest timp nu ridicati capacul!). Gouffrele sunt gata!!<br />
Serviti cu ciocolata, miere sau simple!<br />

- 1 baking powder;<br />
- 3 eggs;<br />
- 250g flour;<br />

- Vanilla;<br />
- A pinch of salt;<br />
<br />
Whisk eggs in a bowl with the sugar, salt and vanilla, gradually add flour, baking powder and milk. It forms a dough consistency of thick sour cream. Leave the dough to rise, 10-15 minutes.<br />
Heat the form well and place dough in the middle of it, let it take 3-4 minutes (do not lift the lid during this time!). Gouffrele ready!<br />
Serve with chocolate, honey or simple!<br />

Este mancarea care ma reprezinta pe mine cel mai mult, "my signature dish", cum ar zice englezu', cu farfuria asta am rupt gura targului la MasterChef, trei de Da!!!, incercati-o si spuneti-mi cati de Da imi dati...<br /><br /><b>Furtuna in ocean</b><br /><br />Ingrediente:<br />- 500 g creveti proaspeti;<br />- 300 g midii;<br />- 1 capatana de usturoi;<br />- 100 g rosii cherry;<br />- 3 rosii coapte si zemoase(nu spuneti nimanui dar iarna mai bine folositi rosii in bulion);<br />- 150 ml ulei de masline extravirgin;<br />- vin alb demisec;<br />- 2-3 peperoncinni;<br />- busuioc proaspat;<br />- sare de mare;<br />- piper proaspat macinat;<br />- 5g zahar brun;<br /><br />Puneti uleiul la incins, adaugati usturoiul taial felii, cand acesta devine auriu adaugati pentru 2-3 minute crevetii si scoteti-i pe o farfurie. Adaugati rosiile tocate in cubulete mici si rosiile cherry taiate in doua, dupa 4-5 minute adaugati vinul si peperoncini apoi asezonati cu sare, piper si zahar brun(numai daca rosiile nu sunt suficient de dulci). <b>Crema de zahar ars cu nuci</b><br />

Ingrediente:<br />

- 6 oua;<br />
- 1l lapte;<br />
- 300g zahar;<br />
- un varf de sare;<br />
- 1 lingurita de esenta de vanilie;<br />
<br />
Amestecati 150g de zahar cu cele 6 oua, vanilia si un varf de sare pana ce zaharul se topeste. Adaugati laptele treptat pana se omogenizeaza. Intr-o cratita de 3 litri puneti la topit 150g de zahar la foc mediu si amestecati pana ce zaharul devine aramiu(nu-l ardeti ca devine amar!), tapetati cratita pana la jumatate cu zahar. Lasati 5 minute sa se raceasca si adaugati laptele. Introduceti-le in cuptorul preincalzit la 170 de grade timp de 10 minute dupa care reduceti la 150 de grade timp de 50-70 de minute. Daca vedeti ca incepe sa se rumeneasca prea tare dati cuptorul la coacere numai de jos.<br />

- 300 g fructe de padure proaspete(sau congelate);<br />
- 1 pachet de biscuiti digestivi sau crackers; <br />
- 50g unt;<br />

Puneti branza intr-un bol, adaugati galbenusurile de ou, zaharul, sarea, faina, vanilia si coaja de portocale. Procesati compozitia cu blenderul cateva minute. Bateti albusurile de oua si incorporati-le cu grija. Zdrobiti bine biscuiti si intr-o tigaie amestecati-i cu untul topit.<br />
Intr-o tava nonstrick tapetata cu unt puneti biscuitii si apoi turnati compozitia de branza.<br />
Introduceti in cuptorul preincalzit la 190 grade timp de 55-60 de minute.<br />
Intre timp faceti sosul de fructe de padure: punem fructele intr-o tigaie si cand acestea fieb adaugam o lingura de zahar brun, daca sosul nu se leaga adaugam o lingurita de amidon, lasam sa se raceasca.<br />
Cand prajitura s-a copt o lasam sa se raceasca si turnam peste sosul de fructe de padure si o introducem in frigider.<br />
