"Escalop de pui"
Ingrediente:- piept de pui(preferabil micut);
- rosii cherry;
- mozzarela;
- ceapa rosie;
- usturoi;
- busuioc;
- parmezan;
- ulei de masline;
- faina;
- ou;
- sare de mare;
- piper proaspat macinat;
Pentru sos tocam o jumatate de ceapa rosie si o punem la calit, adaugam dupa 2-3 minute rosiile cherry taiate in doua, asezonam cu sare si piper, si adaugam 2-3 catei de usturoi pisati, dupa aproximativ 5 minute adaugam busuiocul proaspat tocat.
Pieptul de pui de dimensiune cat mai mica, se egalizeaza cu ajutorul unei folii de plastic alimentare si a unui sucitor, pentru ca atunci cand te uiti din lateral sa fie egal. Se asezoneaza puiul cu sare si piper, se da prin faina(se scutura excesul de faina) apoi prin ou si din nou prin faina si se prajeste in putin ulei de masline pana cand devine auriu.
Intr-o tava non abraziva montam escalopul astfel: pieptul de pui, peste acesta sosul de mai sus si peste sos cateva felii de mozzarela, peste mozzarela se arunca putin parmezan si se stropeste cu foarte putin ulei de masline, tava se introduce in cuptor pentru 8-10 minute.
Se serveste cu cartofi sote sau cartofi copti cu unt.

Escalope of chicken
ingredients:
- Chicken breast (preferably small);
- Cherry tomatoes;
- Mozzarella;
- Red onion;
- Garlic;
- Basil;
- Parmesan cheese;
- Olive oil;
- Flour;
- Egg;
- Sea salt;
- Freshly ground pepper;For the sauce we cut half a red onion and put to cook in olive oil, after 2-3 minutes add cherry tomatoes cut in half, season with salt and pepper, and add 2-3 cloves garlic,after about 5 minutes add chopped fresh basil. Chicken as small size as possible, it equates with a plastic foil and a rolling pin,because when you look from the side to be equal. Season chicken with salt and pepper, put the breast into the flour (shake off excess flour) and then the egg and again in flour and fry in a little olive oil until it becomes golden. In a non abrasive pan plate the escalope: chicken, sauce, above it a few slices of mozzarella and some parmesan with little drizzle olive oil, insert in the oven for 8-10 minutes.Serve with sauteed potatoes or baked potatoes with butter.
