Incep cu o reteta simpla si extrem de gustoasa, toti cei care iubesc bucataria italieneasca au mancat spaghetti A.O.P si mai mult ca siguri separat creveti picanti, ceea ce va propun eu este o combinatie!
Ingrediente:
- spaghetti no 5, 350g;
- usturoi, o capatana,
- ulei de masline extravirgin, 120 ml;
- peperoncini, 2-4 buc(dupa gust);
- creveti proaspeti, 300g;
- sare de mare;
- piper proaspat macinat;
- busuioc proaspat;
- parmezan,
Se pun spaghetele la fiert, nu uitati sa agaugati sare de mare la fiert si o lingura de ulei de masline, intre timp ne apucam de sos, usturoiul se taie fasii iar peperoncini se marunteste, se pune uleiul la incins, adaugam usturoiul, cand acesta s-a aurit adaugam si peperoncini, intr-un minut se adauga si crevetii decorticati, acestia se tin 1-2 minute pe fiecare parte dupa care se scot pe o farfurie; se scurg pastele si se adauga in sosul de ulei abia obtinut, se adauga busuiocul proaspat tocat destul de mare.
"Platingul"(asezarea in farfurie) este uneori ceea ce scoate o mancare din anonimat, se aseaza intai pastele, apoi crevetii si deasupra parmezan si verdeata.
