Bulz ardelenesc
Ingrediente:
- malai;
- bacon pentru gatit;
- oua;
- branza de burduf;
- smantana;
- unt;
- cascaval;
- sare;
Pentru inceput preparam mamaliga, avem grija ca aceasta sa nu fie foarte tare, urmeaza prajirea baconului( nu foarte tare deoarece se mai prepara si in cuptor) si a ouolor(avem grija ca acestea sa nu fie facute, le luam de pe foc imediat ce s-au format).
Montam Bulzul astfel: tapetam forma cu unt, punem un strat subtire de mamaliga, un strat de branza, un strat de smantana din nou unul de mamaliga, urmeaza baconul, deasupra acestuia se pun ouole si cascaval ras, se introduce in cuptorul preincalzit, 10-15 minute la 180 de grade.
Este gata pentru servit! Pofta buna!
