Penne Siciliene
Ingrediente:
- 350g penne(sau pennete);
- 1 bucata piept de pui;
- 80g panceta;
- 500 ml smantana;
- 2-3 linguri ulei de masline;
- 1 lingura pasta de tomate;
- 50 ml vin alb;
- busuioc;
- 100g mozzarela;
- sare si piper;
- 1 rosie;
- 50g masline;
Se pun pastele la fiert cu putina sare si un pic de ulei de masline, avem grija sa fie aldente deoarece se mai prepara si in timpul gratinarii. Se taie pieptul de pui cubulete mici la fel si panceta, se pune putin ulei de masline intr-un wok, la inceput se pune la prajit panceta pentru cateva minute apoi se adauga pieptul de pui, se asezoneaza cu sare si piper, cand puiul este aproape facut adaugam o lingura de pasta de tomate, dupa doua minute adaugam 50 ml de vin alb, reducem pentru cateva minute apoi adaugam smantana si busuiocul tocat, sosul este gata dupa inca 5 minute de fierbere.
Se scurg pastele si se pun peste sos, se amesteca bine si se aseaza intr-o tava, deasupra se pune mozzarela rasa pe razatoarea mare, se orneaza cu rosii cherry, busuioc si masline. se pun la gratinat, in cuptorul preincalzit, pentru 10 minute la temperatura de 160 grade.

Sicilian Penne

- 80g panceta;
- 500 ml sour cream;
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil;
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste;
- 50 ml white wine;
- Basil;
- 100g mozzarella;
- Salt and pepper;
- 2-3 cherry tomatoes;
- 50g olive;
Place the pasta to boil with a little salt and olive oil. Cut chicken into small cubes and the panceta too, add some olive oil in a wok, first put the panceta to fry for a few minutes then add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, when the chicken is almost done add a tablespoon of tomato paste, in two minutes add 50 ml of white wine, reduce for a minute then add the cream and chopped basil, the sauce is ready after boiling for 5 minutes.
Drain pasta and put the sauce, mix well and place in pan, top it with mozzarella, garnish with cherry tomatoes, basil and olives. shall be gratinated in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 160 degrees.
