Pui cu sos de sampanie si struguri
Ingrediente:
- piept de pui 1 bucata;
- unt 20g;
- ulei de masline;
- sare si piper proaspat macinat;
- vin spumant demi sec 50 ml;
- smantana dulce 200 ml;
- parmezan razuit 100g;
- struguri albi 200g
Se pune o tigaie nonabraziva la incins cu 2 linguri de ulei de masline, cand este foarte incins se pune puiul asezonat in prealabil cu sare si piper, se prajeste cate 7-8 minute pe fiecare parte, se unge cu unt si se scoate intr-un vas dupa care se lasa sa se odihnesca.
Pentru sos punem o alta tigaie la incins cu 2 linguri de ulei de masline si 20g de unt, se adauga strugurii pe care ii asezonam cu sare si piper, dupa cateva minute adaugam vinul spumant si reducem pentru cateva minute, adaugam smantana si parmezanul, dupa care la sfarsit punem zeama lasata de carnea care se afla la odihna.
Montam farfuria, se aseaza carne pe farfurie si se stropeste cu sos din belsug.
Se serveste cu cartofi cu rozmarin si salata verde. Pofta buna!
