Ingrediente:
- 1 pui;
- 500g smantana;
- 50 ml otet;
- 3 catei de usturoi;
- 4 oua;
- o legatura de tarhon;
- sare;
- piper;
- 1 ceapa;
- 2 morcovi;
- 4-5 cartofi medii;
Se pune puiul la fiert, impreuna cu ceapa, usturoiul si morcovii (intregi) si jumatate din legatura de tarhon, se asezoneaza cu sare; Intre timp se bat ouale impreuna cu smantana cu ajutorul unui mixer.
Curatati cartofii si taiati-i in 4 bucati si cand puiul este aproape fiert adaugati-i in oala. Cand puiul, morcovii si ceapa s-au fiert scoateti-i din oala. Ingredients:

- 4-5 medium potatoes;
