Creveti picanti cu sos de vin alb si rosii proaspete

Atat de mult iubesc fructele de mare incat am incercat pana acum nenumarate feluri de a le gati, totusi nimic nu este mai bun decat aceasta reteta simpla si plina de savoare, incercati-o si spuneti voi:)!

Ingrediente:

- creveti proaspeti 700g;
- 3 rosii mari coapte;
- ulei de masline extravirgin 100 ml;
- vin alb demisec 150 ml;
- usturoi o capatana;
- zahar brun 1/2 lingurita;
- busuioc proaspat 1/2 legatura;
- peperoncini 3 bucati( sau dupa gust);

Incingem uleiul de masline si punem la prajit usturoiul taiat felii subtiri, cand s-a rumenit adaugam peperoncini si crevetii, dupa 2 minute, adaugam vinul alb, dupa alte 2-3 minute scoatem crevetii(pentru a evita sa se faca prea tare)  si adaugam rosiile date pe razatoarea mare si reducem pana ce are o consistenta de sos, adaugam, sare, piper, zahar, busuioc spre sfarsit, punem la loc crevetii. Mai tinem pe foc 2-3 minute si este gata!
Serviti cu ciabata! Pofta buna!

Spicy Shrimp with white wine sauce and fresh tomatoes

Ingredients: 

- 700g fresh prawns;

- 3 large ripe tomatoes;

- 100 ml extra virgin olive oil;

- Semi-dry white wine 150 ml;

- Garlic a head;

- Brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon;

- Fresh basil 1/2 now;

- Peperoncini 3 pieces (or to taste);

Heat the olive oil and put the garlic sliced ​​thin to fry, when browned add the shrimp and peperocinni, after 2 minutes add the white wine, after another 2 minutes, remove shrimp (to avoid to overdo them) and add grated tomatoes and  reduce until sauce has consistency, add salt, pepper, sugar, basil towards the end, put back the prawns. Cook for another 2-3 minutes and is ready!

Serve with fresh bread! Enjoy!

Chiftelute de somon la cuptor


Pentru ca am ramas setata pe mancare "low fat"(post Dukan), va propun un deliciu culinar, foarte usor de facut si care va incanta cu siguranta toata familia:

Chiftelute de somon la cuptor

Ingrediente:
- 600 g file de somon;
- 1 ou;
- 1/2 cartofi;
- pesmet;
- susan;
- rozmarin;
- lamaie;
- sare;
- piper;
- ceapa;
- usturoi;

Tocam fileul de somon, asezonam cu sare, piper, rozmarin, 1/2 lamaie, adaugam 2 linguri de pesment, 3 catei de usturoi pisati, 1/2 ceapa tocata fin si 1/2 cartof razuit si omogenizam.
Formam chiftelele si le tapetam unele cu pesmet  si altele cu susan, dupa gust. Le asezam pe hartie de copt intr-o tava si introducem in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 grade C timp de 30 de minute. Avem grija sa le intoarcem din 10 in 10 minute!
Serviti cu legume la abur, dau daca nu tineti la silueta cu cartofi cu rozmarin!

Baked Salmon Meatballs

Ingredients:

- 600 g salmon fillet;

- 1 egg;

- 1/2 potatoes;

- Breadcrumbs;

- Sesame;

- Rosemary;

- Lemon;

- Salt;

- Pepper;

- Onions;

- Garlic;
 

We mince the salmon fillet, season with salt, pepper, rosemary, 1/2 lemon, add 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, 3 cloves garlic, 1/2 chopped onion and 1/2 potato scraped and homogenized.
 Place them on baking paper on a tray and insert in preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 30 minutes. We turn them back from 10 to 10 minutes!

Serve with steamed vegetables, if you do not keep the silhouette figure with rosemary potatoes!
