New year's Chocolate Cupcake


Cupcake, sau tortul zanelor, ce poate fi mai delicios decat o prajitura de ciocolata cu crema de ciocolata si mascarpone? Si pentru ca anul trebuie sa inceapa cu multa energie sa ne infruptam in "tortul zanelor"!!!

New year's Chocolate Cupcake  

Ingrediente briosa ciocolata:

- 250g faina;
- un plic de praf de copt;
- 1/2 lingurita de bicarbonat;
- 3 linguri de cacao dark;
- 10 linguri de zahar;
- 100g ciocolata cu lapte;
- 250 ml lapte;
- 90 ml ulei;
- 1 ou;
- esenta de vanilie;

Ingrediente crema de ciocolata:

- 250 g mascarpone;
- 1 tableta de ciocolata cu lapte si alune;
- 1 lingura de cacao dark;

Amestecam ingredientele solide, faina, praf de copt, bicarbonat, cacao, zahar ciocolata razuita. Intr-un bol mixam laptele cu uleiul, vanilia si oul. Amestecam ingredientele solide cu cele lichide incet si cu grija. Punem aluatul format in formele unse cu putin unt si introducem in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 grade celsius. Lasam sa se faca timp de 20 de minute.

Pentru crema topim ciocolata la microunde sau bail marine si cand se raceste amestecam cu branza mascarpone.

Lasam briosele sa se raceasca si introducem crema la frigider timp de 1 ora.

Decoram briosele cu crema si cu bombonele de zahar si ciocolata. Enjoi!

Chocolate muffin ingredients:

- 250g flour;
- 2 tea spoon of baking powder;
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking;
- 3 tablespoons of dark cocoa;
- 10 tablespoons sugar;
- 100g milk chocolate;
- 250 ml milk;
- 90 ml oil;
- 1 egg;
- Vanilla;

Chocolate cream ingredients:

- 250 g mascarpone;
- 1 tablet of milk chocolate and hazelnuts;
- 1 tablespoon dark cocoa;

Mix dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, sugar, grated chocolate. In a mixing bowl add oil, milk, vanilla and egg. Mix dry ingredients with the liquid slowly and carefully. We formed dough forms smeared with butter and insert in oven preheated to 200 degrees. They are done in 20 minutes.

For cream melt chocolate in the microwave or marine bail and when it cools mix with mascarpone cheese.

Let the muffins to cool, put the cream in the refrigerator for 1 our.

Decorate cupcakes with cream and sugar and chocolate sprinkles. Enjoi!
